Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AMITAI Integrity Solutions, Inc. governing your access to and use of the Integri-Line platform and all related services.

2. Description of Services

Integri-Line is a B2B anonymous employee misconduct reporting and compliance management platform. Our Services include anonymous reporting portal, 24/7 live call center, AI chatbot channel, IVR voice response, case management dashboard, audit trail documentation, board-ready reporting, and ethics training content.

Important: Integri-Line is a platform sold to organizations — not an independent whistleblowing service for individuals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your organization.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidential login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Plans and Pricing

• Starter: $199/month or $169/month (billed annually at $2,029/year)
• Pro: $399/month or $339/month (billed annually at $4,069/year)
• Complete & Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact us
• Custom Branded Portal Add-On: $2,999 one-time fee

Free Trial

All plans include a 30-day risk-free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but will not be charged until after the 30-day trial period.

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
• One-time fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or malicious reports, attempt to identify reporters, interfere with platform integrity, gain unauthorized access, retaliate against reporters, violate applicable law, or reverse engineer the platform.

7. Anonymity and Data Protection

You agree not to attempt to identify reporters through any technical or non-technical means. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal liability. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the Services are owned by AMITAI Integrity Solutions, Inc. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Services during your subscription term for internal business purposes only.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the Services "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Integri-Line does not provide legal advice. Consult qualified legal counsel for advice specific to your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $500 USD. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AMITAI Integrity Solutions, Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas under American Arbitration Association rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
